Powerful Astral Projection Music

Astral projection music Astral projection (or astral travel) is an out of body experience (OBE) in which a person’s consciousness or soul called “astral body” travels outside the physical body to the spirit world or “astral plane”. As Pierre Teilhard de Chardin said: “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience”. Our spiritual body is connected to subtle planes and has the capacity to project beyond what we can see with our own eyes. The ability to astral project can be natural for some individuals, especially for children, who can project at will but some people experience astral projection during illness or when they go through a Near Death Experience (NDE). In any case, you can learn astral projection with a few techniques.

Some people turn to astral projection as a mean of dealing with their questions about the possibility of life after death, while others are simply willing to enjoy the benefits of the practice. For example, astral projection can help to raise our consciousness, teach us the “art of focus” and increase our psychic abilities. Whatever the purpose of the practice is, the astral projection creates a peaceful and comfortable feeling.

However, the skill of astral projection may demand a lot of time, maybe months or years to be perfected and mastered, because you really need to achieve a certain level of discipline to successfully make it happen.

Why is Astral Projection Difficult?

We live in such a materialist culture that it places less emphasis on mental and spiritual issues. That’s the reason few people are able to master the skills to experience astral projection regularly. A central part of renewing astral projection skills is unlearning. It takes intense meditation and mind control to enable you to achieve that state again.

The good news is that some tools exist in order to facilitate the practice. Astral projection music with embedded binaural beats is perfect for those who just start to practice or for those who just need an effective aid.

How Do Binaural Beats Work?

The heart of binaural beats is that it goes beyond creating a mind altering experience. The brain gets in sync with the binaural beats by playing the same beat as the beats. This makes it possible to have a tune which can seamlessly resonate with the brain. By creating resonant frequency, you are then able to guide the mind into the specific state or activity that you desire. So, by using binaural beats, the time and learning curve for the brain becomes significantly shortened. You might not be able to astral project after your first use of binaural beats, but with a constant practice, you will eventually succeed.

Choose the Right Astral Projection Binaural Beats

These beats do not separate your soul from your body as many have come to believe. They train your brain waves to achieve a specific altered state of consciousness at which point you can then easily project. This can only be attained when your body is asleep while your mind is fully awake. Therefore you need binaural beats that will induce the right brain waves, i.e. the right brain state.

There are five major brain states/brain waves:

  • In the Beta state (13-40 Hz), the mind is defined by a conscious alertness and active thinking. It’s your normal waking state of consciousness.
  • When we start to have an intense intellectual and mental activity, Gamma waves are produced. The Gamma state corresponds to the fastest brain waves (above 40 Hz). It’s associated with lucidity, consciousness and peak performance. Experimented Buddhist monks produce 30 times more Gamma waves than beginners during a meditation session.
  • The Alpha brain waves (7-13 Hz) correspond to when you are in a state of mental relaxation but you are still aware of your surroundings (e.g. sitting in a sofa with your eyes closed).
  • Then, there is the Theta brain state (4-7 Hz) associated with deep relaxation, creativity, paradoxical sleep and meditation.
  • Finally, Delta brain waves correspond to when the brain emits slow brain waves (below 4 Hz) associated with deep, dreamless sleep.

So, the right astral projection binaural beats you need to use are those that induce Theta waves because they will take you into the “Twilight state” (also called “Stage 1 Sleep”) where your body will drift off into sleep but you’ll remain awake at the same time. This is the first step to astral project. You will then have to take the next step of mentally projecting yourself.

Astral Projection Techniques using Binaural Beats

The first step for astral projection is to relax. So just find a quiet place where you won’t be distracted by any noise or interrupted by anybody. Then, you’ll need to lie down on a bed or sofa. Put your headphones on, turn your astral projection music on and close your eyes. You must deliberately expel all tension from your mind and body.

Secondly, you have to learn to focus. You may focus on your breathing and keep it glued on it for a significant amount of time. Of course, learning deep meditation will help for the astral projections and make it even more enjoyable. As you’ll need to be at the frequency of the astral plane, this is where the binaural beats will play a major role as they’ll drive your brain into the Theta state and help your body to find the right vibrations for the experience to happen. The hypnotic experience (“hypnagogic state”) will then kick in slowly. You will exactly be at the edge of wakefulness and sleep.

Then, you have to focus of some parts of your body, such as hands or feet, and imagine them moving. It has to be real in your mind as if they were physically moving. Step by step, focus on the rest of your body until you succeed in moving your whole body with your mind alone. You’ll eventually experience the astral projection. Good luck!
