How to raise your vibration to live a more harmonious life

Everything in the Universe is vibration, so everything is energy. Albert Einstein said: “Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter. All matter beings vibrate at specific rates. The musical nature of nuclear matter, from atoms to galaxies, is now finally being recognized by science“. Thus, a human being is an energetic being, evolving in a world of vibrations. Thanks to radiesthesia (or dowsing), which is the “science” of capturing waves, it is possible to measure your life energy level or “life force” (or “chi”). How to raise your vibration quickly

To raise your vibration, the most important thing is to bring more awareness in each moment, in each of your actions and your choices. Indeed, the first thing you need to open your eyes to is the conditioning in which you have been put since your childhood. On average, 95% of what you do each day is the result of some programming stored in your subconscious. Therefore the majority of things you do are made on “autopilot” mode. It has more or less consequences but sometimes you may find yourself being annoyed that particular “negative” situations are occurring over and over again your life. It is therefore important to free yourself from any recurring patterns that would hinder your evolution. You must also free yourself from all your fears, your anger or bitterness, which could impact your energetic vibration. Mindfulness of the present moment is truly the key. In fact, trying to raise your vibration implies trying to move from a state of unconsciousness to more awareness, and therefore more Presence in every moment, without constantly rehashing the past and being anxious about the future. This will allow you to get more “aligned”, that is to say to harmonize your earth experience, your reality, with your deepest aspirations. The heart is the central element in this process. Thus, any positive energy, joy, compassion, gratitude or overall Love will help create this alignment and increase your vibration.

To be in a better global well-being and raise your vibration, here are some recommendations:

  1. Activate positive thoughts on a daily basis through various activities or tools:
  • With regular practice, meditation, yoga, tai chi or chi kung will obviously help you to change yourself in depth. Meditating or practicing these other activities with sacred music tuned to the 432hz frequency or to a Solfeggio frequency will increase your vibration even more.
  • You may also listen to subliminal music for positive thinking to help you reprogram your subconscious. For example, you may listen to the audio recording below while you’re working or during your meditation practice. Everything that is “heavy” or “dense” in your life must be taken away to leave space for more lightness. Your heart must be your compass. Remember that the heart is intelligent and allows for the emergence of intuition. This will lead you to make more timely choices in your life.

  1. Attune the electromagnetic field of your heart with heart coherence exercises. This electromagnetic field is in constant interaction with your environment. These types of breathing exercises will give you profound benefits and allow you to positively affect everything around you.

  4. Take a walk in nature regularly as it provides powerful benefits. You can also do “grounding” (or “earthing”) by taking off your shoes and walking barefoot on the ground. This helps reduce inflammation in your body, lower your blood pressure, improve your immune system etc.
  5. Do some physical exercise to get rid of stress quickly and improve your energy flow. Just 6 minutes of daily walk (or 653 meters) already allow to increase the secretion of endorphin by 30% and decrease the level of cortisol, the stress hormone. Your energy level will then improve.
  6. Eat healthy and balanced food. It is recommended to eat fresh products (fruits, vegetables etc.) because their energetic vibrations are higher than anything that has been processed, especially if you use a microwave … Also be aware that meat and dairy products have low energetic vibrations. Drinking enough water daily is also important. Try to drink the purest water possible. If you drink tap water, be aware that there are water filters that can remove a lot of unwanted residues. There are also water distillers that could allow you to drink 100% pure water. To energize your water, you may want to check out some carafes and pitchers that have the flower of life symbol embossed on the bottom. That symbol makes it possible to reorganize or “structure” the water harmoniously and to increase its vibrations.
  7. Take care of your sleep, this is a very important moment in the day. A deep sleep will increase your overall well-being: a better mood, a stronger immune system, a lower risk of heart problems, increased attention in your daily activities etc. Therefore, you will be more Present and therefore it will have a positive impact on your global energy level.

  1. Have compassion and forgive quickly. The way you perceive the world has an influence on your life energy level, hence the importance of more awareness.   3. Use lithotherapy for yourself and your home. By placing crystals in particular areas of your house, it will help raise the vibration of your home. You can also wear appropriate crystals which will have a more direct effect on you.
  4. Purify your home with sage or palo santo for instance. As everything is vibration and energy, your home also carries particular information in its walls. A home may need a regular energy cleaning if there are many people coming and going for example. A house that would have witnessed bad experiences can also carry the memory of those negative energies within it. If you wish to raise your vibration, you must perform this cleaning and purification work. If you have sleep problems, it may be due to dense energies in or around your bedroom. In conclusion, the more you are Present and the more you take care of yourself and your whole well-being, the higher your energy level will be. Everything you observe around you is a reflection of your inner vibration.
